Payment Options VISA, MC Return Policy You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind about the purchase you have made. We can only accept returns if the product is in "New Condition". We cannot accept returns on used items, and we cannot accept returns on paintballs. Charges and Credits You are responsible for paying for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued once we receive the returned product and will appear on your billing statement. However, if we send you the wrong item. Documentation To return something you have purchased from SplatDogs.net you must first contact us to receive a return authorization number.
